Richard Waller joined Wilford Conrad LLP in 2018. His practice focuses primarily on insurance coverage and defense matters, as well as general commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Richard practiced at a Chicago based firm where he defended premises liability cases while also handling products liability, coverage disputes, and construction litigation. He has previously worked in-house in the Miami area where he defended a high volume of auto insurance lawsuits.
Mr. Waller is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and Notre Dame Law School. He was inducted into the Vanderbilt University Debate Hall of Fame for his achievements on the policy debate team, which included numerous tournament wins and recognition by the American Debate Association as the top speaker in the nation. While obtaining his law degree, Mr. Waller was a member of the Notre Dame Law Review and the coach of Notre Dame’s undergraduate policy debate team.
