Sabina Danek joined Wilford Conrad LLP in 2017. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation as well as domestic and international insurance coverage disputes. Prior to joining Wilford Conrad, Ms. Danek worked extensively in civil litigation matters at both trial and appellate levels. As in-house counsel for a Florida-based insurance company, she independently handled a heavy caseload of insurance defense and coverage lawsuits. Ms. Danek also worked as an associate for a boutique law firm representing businesses in complex litigation and international trade regulatory matters, including economic sanctions.
Ms. Danek received her law degree from Notre Dame Law School, where she served as a member of the ABA National Moot Court Team. As a research assistant to Professor Jimmy Gurulé, former Under Secretary of Enforcement at the U.S. Department of Treasury, Ms. Danek assisted in writing amicus briefs filed with the U.S. Supreme Court and the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals in support of U.S. victims of Iranian-sponsored terrorism.
Ms. Danek, a Chicago native, enjoys reading historical fiction and spoiling her dog.
